Job Roles –
- Familiar with the Companies Act 2013 and Foreign Exchange Management Act and filing of several forms and reporting with RoC and RBI.
- Ability to interpret and understand Sections, Clauses, Notifications, Rules, Regulations, and Circulars of the Companies Act and Foreign Exchange Management Act.
- Ability to communicate with clients independently and assist them in solving their problems
- Ability to talk and understand the pain areas of the Founders, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders from C-Suite.
- Communicating effectively with the team internally and also with the team and representatives of clients.
- Take responsibility for building and living by the Brand TMG and drive people to create a larger impact and carry the baton of TMG in all possible platforms.
- Ability to take quick decisions.
- Appetite to learn more and build the practice areas of TMG
- Appetite and ability to design the narrative both professionally and also in social media channels.
- Should be a team player and a problem-solver.
- Should be able to effectively drive people and establish discipline when required and live by example.
- Should be conversant with Indian Secretarial Laws and Drafting.
- Liaising with Business Partners in the US and assisting in documentation and incorporation in the USA.
- Ability to draft Agreements and Contracts.
- Conversant with ESOP Policy Drafting and Implementation.
- Knowledge of Business Development in terms of innovation, conversion, and implementation.
- Ability to write content, periodicals, and reports on laws and changes in various industries.
