Job Roles –

  1. Supervising a team of executives involved in the maintenance of books of account in accounting software like Tally/Quickbooks, Zoho, or Quickbooks
  2. Independently managing clients and developing sound business relationshipsInvestor Reporting
  3. Driving automation and digitization of compliance
  4. Assisting Financial Due Diligence for startup fundraising from global investors
  5. Developing business models, financial projections, and valuation reports
  6. Payroll processing and suggesting ways to make the system efficient and introduce relevant controls
  7. Assist Cloud CFO practice – Preparation of Monthly MIS and other analytical reports etc
  8. Hands-on experience in Tally/Quickbooks/Zoho
  9. Preparation of financial statements and audit schedules as per India GAAP
  10. Liaising with auditors/banks /clients
  11. Review of Indirect tax and Direct tax returns, Accounting, Monthly compliance w.r.t all Statutory laws, Tax, and GST Audits, bookkeeping, books finalization
  12. Training & Development of own Team
